I bought this thing because I snore wicked bad according to my wife!
I tried this item and she said it does quiet me down to a dull roar but didnt completely stop my snoring.
I got used to it no problem. I've spit it out in my sleep several times.
My complaint is it makes my bottom front teeth hurt every time I use it. I even found one of them to have loosened and wiggle a little. I stop using it and the tooth firmed back up. I only use it now when I have cocktails at night which makes me snore my worst.

It is like totally tubular, dude.
Okay, it's correctly flexible, reasonably sturdy, fits perfectly into the CPAP device, doesn't have any irritating parts and I don't think it even had any warnings about not using it internally or placing in dishwashers (hmmm...).
In other words, a simple item, simply but well made.

Like many my snoring had become an issue at home. I tried every over the counter product I could find. I was dreading going to the doctor for a machine to help, as many of my friends and relatives have done.
I found this product, ordered it, and my snoring stopped the first day I used it. Yes, it looks like a mouth guard that you might find at the local sporting goods store, but it works. The instructions seemed pretty daunting about adjusting the fit, but I found that if I heated the water in a Hot-Shot and poured it into a large coffee mug, the molding process was pretty easy.
I have used this now for 8 months and love it. I awake after only 5 hours feeling fine. If I get to sleep 7 hours on a Saturday, I don't need coffee. That hasn't happened in over 20 years.

I have used the nose pillows. My mouth opens while I am
deep into sleep. The air that comes in through the nose comes out
directly through my mouth and it hurts inside of the nose and troat.
This is a very poorly designed product. I have tried all three sizes
small, med and large with no result. Ended up snoring like crazy.
My pressure on the cpap is 10.2.
